Internally, the company maintains a growing IT environment that supports recruitment systems, client platforms, document management, compliance tracking, and internal operations. Position Summary Infinite Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an IT Systems & Business Analyst to support and enhance the company’s internal technology environment. The role combines business analysis, documentation, and governance support with hands-on involvement in internal IT system upgrades, including on-premise server maintenance, cloud transition initiatives, and Microsoft Azure-based infrastructure improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal server upgrades, system maintenance, and technology modernization initiatives
• Assist with the transition of internal infrastructure from on-premises servers to Microsoft Azure environments
• Coordinate and support Azure server setup, user access, security configurations, and system optimization.
• Monitor system performance, assist with diagnostics, and support issue resolution related to servers, applications, and internal platforms
• Maintain documentation related to system architecture, configurations, and IT operational procedures
• Gather and document internal business requirements related to IT systems, workflows, and operational tools
• Prepare business requirement documents, SOPs, process flows, and functional documentation
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend technology improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Act as a liaison between internal users, management, and technical service providers
• Support internal system testing, upgrades, and deployments, including UAT coordination and validation of expected outcomes
• Track issues, enhancements, and system changes using tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow
• Assist with IT governance, risk, and control documentation for internal systems
• Prepare dashboards and reports related to system performance, upgrades, and IT initiatives for management review

Employment Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT analysis, systems support, technology operations, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree or College level diploma in information technology, Computer Systems, Business Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience is required
• Experience supporting or coordinating server upgrades, system migrations, or cloud transition projects (Azure preferred)
• Experience in business process documentation and requirements gathering
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
