| SALARY OFFERED: | $61,000.00 per annum; Paid on semi-monthly basis. The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions. |

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of administrative clerks and case processing staff.
- Allocate and monitor workload, set work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Train staff in job duties, company policies, and office procedures related to immigration case processing.
- Oversee the preparation, organization, and timely submission of immigration and visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate intake and assignment of new client files to appropriate team members.
- Track case progress and follow up on outstanding documents or actions required from clients or staff.
- Review and verify the accuracy of case files, documentation, and correspondence prepared by administrative staff.
- Maintain updated records and logs for all applications and internal reporting.
- Support client communication by responding to escalated queries and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Implement administrative systems and internal protocols as directed by management.
- Prepare periodic reports on case status, workload, and performance metrics for senior management.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, immigration law, office management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative position in an immigration firm is required. Prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes, application types (e.g., LMIA, work permits, Express Entry, PNP), and related documentation.
- Familiarity with online immigration portals (IRCC, Job Bank, OINP, etc.) is required.
- Strong computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Client Management Systems (CMS) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment
